On 30 September I’m speaking at the World Social Marketing Conference, in the UK, on website credibility and trust, in the context of social marketing campaigns. I’ve decided that Voltaire is correct, and that the secret of being a bore is to say everything. So for this presentation, I’m taking my first crack at blending insight with entertainment. Consequently, the basic slides that may be a bit dull and meaningless without the dialogue, but here it is anyways.
